Refund policy

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your Heelskinz purchase, you may return or exchange your Heelskinz within 14 days of the ship date. Please send your return via Priority Mail to guard against loss or damage. Please send a copy of your original invoice with shipment. Returns will be processed upon receipt of product. Payment in the amount of your purchase, minus shipping charges will be processed and credited to credit card used in original purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days.

Special Orders

We at Heelskinz strive to give the best quality and workmanship possible and will not sell an item that is substandard. With that said, we cant refund special orders unless the instructions for the special order were not followed.

Cancellation Policy

Heelskinz uses Paypal to process all electronic payments. Paypal uses all credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers. Once the payment is sent via paypal, to cancel an order, you must send an email BEFORE the product is shipped. After shipping, it becomes a refund issue.
